Idaho news from the Oregonian:

High court won't hear two Idaho cases

U.S. Supreme Court has declined to consider Idaho cases of a death row inmate and a convicted sex offender. The nation's highest court today rejected petitions brought by Idaho attorney general's office in the cases of Mark Lankford and Krispen Estrada... The rejections mean rulings from 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals -- one calling for the retrial or release of Lankford and one calling for resentencing of Estrada -- will stand...

Any insight or local news coverage on the four Idaho cases the Supreme Court didn't act on Monday (Randy Lynn McKinney, Paul Ezra Rhoades, Gerald Ross Pizzuto, Jr., & David Leslie Card? All the cases seem to be out of the same office & 3 of the 4 had the same lawyer.
