Badger, badger, badger

Today's legal lesson comes from Northwest Trek in Pierce County, WA:





Many of our popular cultural sayings relate to animals. For example, in a courtroom, it is not allowed to 'badger the witness.' This is probably based on the tenacious behavior of badgers and other members of the weasel family.

Maybe so, but not based on this sacked-out badger:

A fine day out

With no trial to prep for or fret about, my little family went out to Northwest Trek to admire the critters in their (comparatively) free-roaming habitat.

Predators to one side, prey to the other.

The Mountain was out, too.
