i'd like to add that if you find yourself before judge charged with shoplifting maybe you shouldn't say, "I hustle."

    Judge: are you currently employed?

Guy: well you know, i uh you know, i do my thing, i pick up jobs when someone needs some help and

Judge: so you don't have steady work?

Guy: no, yeh i mean i do, i work i just

Judge: you just what? do you work or not?

    Guy: well i do---i hustle
