Do you think those cops were pissed off? They could have issued a lot of parking tickets or bought a lot of donuts and made better use of their time. Fire those cops and the dispatcher! Save the city and the county some dough!
Hmmm...Gideon linked to an article describing them as Deputy Prosecutors. More investigation is needed.
