MySpace indiscretion: "it's almost ridiculous"

I work for the public defender and I can't tell you how many people get in trouble for what they post on their mySpace pages...

I recently tracked down a witness via MySpace. Fortunately, it goes both ways.
i had a client charged with propositioning a 16 year old kid. the cops took photos of the kid looking like he was about 9, smiling and innocent. on a whim, i searched his name on myspace and found about 20 photos of him looking, as my client told me he had that day, like he was about 20, 21...holding beers and guns in most of the photos. da dismissed as soon as is showed him the photos. oh wait, no he didn't. he waited until his alleged victim went to juvie on an attempt murder beef.
