Preconceived notions
Former prosecutor's intern carries prejudices into the jury pool, former prosecutor's intern doesn't make it onto the jury. Any questions?

As a recent grad and former rule 9 I have plenty of experience dealing w/ DA intern D-bags like this one. Don't worry he'll get his, he has to be a PROSECUTOR when he graduates.
A quick read through the livejournal makes thankful the DAs get him/her.
